1. Private, approval-based service
Denfolio is a private tool. The designated owner has default access through verified Google sign-in. The operator approves other accounts and may revoke their access at any time. There is no fee at this time.
2. Not legal or regulatory advice
Requirement summaries for states and provinces are compiled from public board sources with a stated confidence level and may be out of date or incomplete. They do not replace the board's own rules. You are responsible for verifying your renewal obligations and for the accuracy of what you record.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant the operator only the rights needed to store, process (including AI categorization you request) and display it back to you. Upload only certificates and records that are yours.
4. Acceptable use
No attempts to access other members' data, probe the backend, or upload unlawful or malicious content. Accounts that do so are revoked.
5. Availability and changes
The app is provided as is, without warranty, and may change or be discontinued. Export your data regularly; Insights → Export is always available while your access is active.
6. Deletion
You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion is permanent. See the privacy notice for what is retained.
